MY ROOM OF THE WEEK: An Artist's Retreat

In My Room of the Week column, I typically feature a room where art makes the space.

This time, however, I was utterly charmed by the room created by designer Leslie Moore for the Junior League of High Point Show House where she has the artist make the space. Leslie's muse for the room was a woman who's passion is art, and who also is an artist herself. I adore this sanctuary.

This lucky woman surrounds herself with her favorite paintings to inspire her own creations. You would be lucky to be invited into this liar. Oh, and if you like Leslie's handiwork with the nailhead trim on the sofa, I have some more innovative ideas for you.
